What kind of vehicle is required to transport rental items?

We have dimensions for each item listed on the website, so please pay attention to those details. Large items, such as backdrops, will require a pickup truck to transport. Marquee numbers will comfortably fit in a SUV, but then again, it depends on how many marquee numbers are being transported. Without proper transportation, items will not be released and the customer is still responsible for the full amount of the rental order. If you have any questions or concerns with transportation, please do not hesitate to contact us via email: bacmoreofficial@gmail.com


Can I modify my order/reservation?

Yes, you can! If you’d like to add new rental items to your existing order, please email us! If the item(s) are available, we will add them to your order and bill you accordingly. If you'd like to remove any items from your existing order, you must send us an email with this request, 15 or more days from your reservation date.


How do I cancel my order/reservation?

If your event date is 15 or more days out, please email us, and we can cancel your order. But please note that: deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you don't request for a cancelation 15 or more days before your reservations date, you will not only lose your deposit, but also be subject to pay the balance of the reservation as well.


Is there a charge for delivery/Installation?

Yes, the delivery fee/charge is based on mileage (how far your location is from ours). Installation fee/charge is free for the most part. Only specialized setups & designs will require an installation fee.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, etc).
